BRANS Hebe Purple Shamrock2 litre

Blue flowers for the bees and butterflies through summer, but winter is when this one really performs: the leaves turn deep purple, then pinker as it gets colder. Small and compact, it fits a rockery, a pot or the very front of a border.

Good to know: 45 x 45cm. Full sun, well-drained soil, out of strong winds while it settles in. Hardy, but give it some shelter in a long, hard frost. Trim lightly in spring.
