Order online and collect from Scaynes Hill or Stone Cross, whichever suits. We will email you when your order is ready to pick up. Bring your order confirmation with you and we will do the rest.
Delivery & Collection
Three ways to get your order: collect it from either store, let our own van bring it locally, or have a courier deliver eligible items nationwide.
Option two
Local delivery
£7.50
Our own van, our own team, for orders big and small across our local Sussex delivery area (BN, RH and TN postcode districts). Enter your postcode at checkout to see whether you are in the area.
Option three
National courier
£7.50
Eligible items, generally smaller and non-perishable products, can be sent by courier anywhere in mainland UK. Eligibility shows on the product page and at checkout.
Delivery is a flat £7.50 per order, whether local or national. Whatever you see at checkout is the price you pay.
The practical bits
When will my order be ready or delivered?
Every order is picked by hand at one of our stores, so timings depend on what you order and which store it comes from. You will always receive an email confirming your order, and another when it is ready to collect or on its way.
Can I choose a delivery time slot?
Not at the moment. We do not offer scheduled time slots, but we will keep you posted by email.
Who delivers my order?
Local deliveries are made by the Upcountry team on our own van. National deliveries are handled by our courier partner, who will send tracking details once your parcel is on its way.
What about fresh and perishable food?
Fresh, refrigerated and frozen items are not available for national courier delivery. They can be collected in store or, where shown, delivered locally.
