Lupin Masterpiece 2 litre

Deep purple spikes with a flush of red at the heart of each flower, opening from late spring. It’s a West Country lupin, selected in 2002, and grows strongly enough that you can usually skip the canes. Good at the back of a mixed border or in a large patio pot.

Good to know: 90 x 50cm. Full sun, well-drained soil. Fully hardy. Feed with bonemeal, not manure, which rots the crowns. Harmful if eaten and irritates skin and eyes, so wear gloves.
