Vivid pink flowers make a carpet over a low mat of evergreen leaves in spring, and the butterflies come to visit. It’s an easy, versatile moss phlox for the edge of a patio, a pot or the front of a border, and it looks particularly good tumbling over the edge of a wall.

Good to know: 10 x 45cm. Full sun, well-drained soil. Fully hardy. Give it a light trim once the flowers are over.
