A spicy leaf mix for salads and stir fries with a proper pepper-and-mustard bite. Sow thinly indoors at 10 to 15 degrees, plant out after frost, and re-sow every few weeks for a supply that never lets up. Bags of supermarket salad start to feel faintly ridiculous.
